Bids shall be prepared and submitted in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders contained in the Bidding Documents.Bidding Documents may be obtained from or examined at the Authority offices at the address listed above on or about November 9 2009. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27-1 et seq.Only manufactured products of the United States shall be used in connection with this contract where available pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:11-18.
